More information forthcoming, but if you have an old MarsCam keychain digital camera, also known by “Vivitar” or various other names, you’ve been unable to download your photos off of it unless you had Windows 95.
I reverse-engineered the driver and made a photo download program that should work with all those old versions of MarsCam. This works on Windows 10 (tested for sure) and should work equally well on Windows 11.

You will definitely want to read the README file contained in this zip for instructions on how to mount the camera–it’s not hard, but it is a necessary step.
I will put more information on this page about the whole thing when I get a chance soon, but just wanted to put it online at all as soon as I had it finished. It is free and freely available and offered as-is in good faith. I just want to help the ten other people in the world who still have this camera.
