Any opera fans in the house? Specifically, fans of the San Diego Opera?
Now this is a classy plate. SDOPERA on the back of a Lexus ES 350, you know these people fuck (in the metaphorical sense). Are they simply fans of the opera, or are they producers? Major funders? Writers, performers? Or maybe they won a giveaway from the opera, a raffle perhaps.
I personally am a HUGE fan of the opera, and never miss a show in Los Angeles, especially from the Pacific Opera Project. There’s also the Indie Opera company, USC Opera through Thornton, and, well, of course the big one, LA Opera usually at the Dorothy Chandler or the Wallis Annenberg. I must admit I’ve never been to the San Diego Opera Hall, although it’s high on my list!
I don’t even have much to say about this one – it’s sleek, obvious, and tasteful. It’s a grate plate – ah, a great pleat – ahh – well, it’s real nice!
