This person means business. Or maybe they just mean meanness. “I AM MEAN” – well gosh!
What a mean thing to put on the front of your Accord or Civic. You certainly do not want to come to accords very civilly!
Maybe it’s an effective crash deterrent though. Or a theft deterrent! “Oh damn I don’t want to rob that car, that guy’s mean.” Hell, take what you can get on the streets of LA. (Not that we’re anywhere near as bad for break-ins as San Francisco.)
Maybe it ACTUALLY means that they’re “the mean” – like, the average. “I AM AVERAGE.” Hah! But no, I shouldn’t joke about this. They’ll be mean to me if I do.
