Shot on color 16mm film, edited by hand with razors and splicing tape.<\/p>\n<p>Chelsea and Andria were originally not supposed to act in this. Chelsea was my go-to director of photography and Andria was a reliable friend and PA. However, the actors that I had specifically booked ended up completely flaking on me. So we made do.<\/p>\n<p>I also realized once we got to this location that I didn&#8217;t bring any tape or pins, so you&#8217;ll note that when Chelsea is &#8220;pinning up&#8221; a string with the new conspiracy article, she&#8217;s just pantomiming it, there&#8217;s nothing there. Movie magic!<\/p>\n<p>I really enjoyed being able to color in the film for &#8220;effects&#8221; and shoot a real action scene, which didn&#8217;t turn out half bad, all things considered. But of course, defeating alien imposters is normal for Chelsea.
